Thank you to my subscriber @leahas6418 from Australia, who helped out with our Hurricane Helene cleanup fund. This money will go towards helping to fill our fridge, freezer and cleaning up the trees we had fall down.
My parents as you know were trapped in their house by 12 trees that fell. They had to be chainsawed out. They currently have 20 trees that have to be removed. Their first bill was $15,000. FEMA has denied them. They lost everything in their fridge and freezer. Also their sewer line was broke in the yard by the trees and they are still currently leaking sewage waste into the yard. So if you would like to support them at all, we would greatly appreciate it.

Hurricane Helene left us with no power for 6 days, spoiled food and now an empty refrigerator. We are very grateful to now have power on, but massive damages and financial losses will be here for a very long time…

Nothing more FUN than a Funfetti cake. We received this Funfetti cake mix last week from the food bank. I used a half a cup of unsweetened applesauce in place of the oil. I use the same amount of water and eggs that the box cake mix called for. As you can see in the picture, this came out extremely moist and full of flavor. It’s only been one evening and the cake is half gone and probably will be finished today. So if you’re looking to use up that unsweet applesauce, try a cake mix. It just adds a little more moisture to the cake and is healthier than oil. Thank you so much for watching. ~Money Saving Mama

FREE FAMILY of 4 DINNER
Using blessing / pantry boxes and food bank items I made FREE breakfast for dinner for my family of 4. The pancake mix was from a blessing/pantry box. The eggs, sausage patties, fruit cup, Maxwell House coffee and gorgeous flowers came from my weekly food banks. It’s all about saving money to pay off debit, while still feeding my family healthy meals.
