Alright I've yet to test a specific change, but assuming everything goes moderately well while testing tomorrow New Moon 4.0 will be releasing within the next 7 days
Patch notes will drop this week either Thursday or Friday before it goes live
Patch note doc is currently a mess but it'll likely be 36 pages long including crazy specifics:
(estimates)
-6 pages for skill revisions and new skills
-3 pages for Persona alterations
-4 pages for bosses/ enemies
-10 pages for the party
-4 pages for AI (roughly 2/2 between party and enemy)
-1 page Aesthetics
-1 page bugfixes (minor)
-7 pages of additional specifics that clarify exact details on some of the above changes
In comparison, v3.0, v3.1, and v3.2 combined take up 23 pages

A warning in advance: as New Moon 4.0 is close to launching, several of my public GitHub pages (Party Skill Editor, NM AI) will be updated in advance. I'm 100% ok with any of yall taking a peak, be my guest, but please avoid downloading anything to do with the mod from anywhere EXCEPT GameBanana. As the pieces get individually updated, they will not be compatible until the 4.0 update is out.
But yeah, we're releasing this month. Expect some early showcases leading up to release, a launch day trailer, and perhaps a much fancier trailer if the launch day one has to be minor.

Here's some updates:
-The No More Heroes 2 OST is back, sorry for it's initial removal. The situation with Marvelous is back to normal as far as I can tell. As a little "sorry this happened" gift, if you want any extended versions of tracks let me know as I have the FLACs from the LR special editions
-New Moon development is progressing so smoothly that you can expect an early, partial patchnotes drop next week. I'm trying to get a gameplay showcase as well but I can't promise anything yet.

New Moon has another minor bugfix I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry
I highly recommend using the Party Skill Editor (recently updated as well) to fix any issues, just cause my mod messed up a level up doesn't mean your save cannot be fixed.

-Fixed an image attribute that could cause compatibility issues with title screen mods
-AI has been optimized for Heat Riser, Debilitate, Gemini, Goddess Shield, and Eviscerate
-Aigis will prioritize Heat Riser over Goddess Shield if she is the only active party member
-Rebellion and Revolution can be recast like other buffs
-Magic Skill Up and Physical Skill Up have been renamed to Magic and Physical Boost respectively
-Fixed a text spacing issue on two specific boss messages
