Gary Vee taught me 5 important lessons šŸ‘‡ hereā€™s what he said to me:

(This was when we spoke at the same event a few months ago)

1ļøāƒ£ Donā€™t let operations hold you back from scaling.

Operations should support your productivity & sales, not slow it down.

I realised one of my team members was slowing my business success so I had to let him go as he didnā€™t want to level up and grow.

2ļøāƒ£ Building your brand on social media is everything.

Your personal brand is the biggest thing to invest into. It stays with you for life.

Stop chasing viral trends and give value. Aka, put everything out there for free and donā€™t expect anything back.

I have a system Iā€™ve used to build an audience of 400,000 over the years. You can get it here: impactschoolmethod.com/

3ļøāƒ£ Invest more aggressively.

For 10+ years, Gary poured every dollar back into his business.

I realised Iā€™ve been way too careful with deploying funds. I thought 100k profit in a month was low.

Itā€™s time to reduce my profit margins and scale.

4ļøāƒ£Donā€™t confuse current problems with your past errors.

Often, your shortcomings have delayed consequences.

Your past actions are what caused your current situation.

If you have a problem, look at how you showed up and the decisions you made over the past 1-2 years.

5ļøāƒ£If youā€™re afraid of AI, your fear will be what kills you.

Not the AI itself.

Leverage it and continue to master your craft.

Sharing the stage with Gary Vee will give you the focus you need to last 10+ years.

With only 6 speakers at the event, Iā€™m feeling very grateful.

Time to go even more ALL IN on crushing my personal brand and reaching more people to change their lives! If you're not already following me or listening to my podcast "Impact School," it's about time you do!

5 mistakes keeping you stuck at 6 figures per year.

Fixing them will fast track you to 7 figures.

(#3 held me back for years)

#1 Consuming instead of creating

Are you always looking for more podcasts, YT vids, or trends to hop on?

If you want to be seen as an authority, you have to produce.

#2 Trying to be ā€œaffordableā€

7 figure entrepreneurs know the economics behind a super successful business

Want an exclusive training on how to craft a premium package people will actually pay $2800-30,000 for? This video breaks down how:

https://youtu.be/Jnjvqxo4Thk

#3 Not taking ownership.

If youā€™re stuck at 6 figures stop always finding someone or something to blame for mistakes

Not the economy. Not the market. Not your employees.

7 figure business owners take 100% responsibility.

#4 Trying to reinvent the wheel.

You joined that course or program for a result. Not to remix it into something new.

7 figure entrepreneurs buy shortcuts.

Follow the path laid out. Your journey isnā€™t unique.

#5 Chasing shiny objects

Jumping on latest ā€œtrendā€ is keeping you frustrated and struck

7 figure entrepreneurs know a single strategy committed to 100%

= better than jumping around to find the ā€œperfectā€ strategy

Thanks for readingā€¦

Remember: The fastest way to go from 6 to 7 figures is by charging a premium price. And this video shows you how: https://youtu.be/Jnjvqxo4Thk

I made my first million before the age of 23.

My secret? 5 daily rituals.

Hereā€™s what they are and how you can use them to unlock success, too:

1. Energy Management:

I fiercely guard my energy.

Negative vibes? I steer clear.

Your environment shapes your mindset, so surround yourself with positivity.

Stay away from the people who drain you.

2. Daily activity

I walk a minimum of 15k+ steps daily.

Get a good piece of content that'll help you grow and listen to it on a walk.

Try watching one of my videos while out for a walk today or tomorrow!

3. Smart Nutrition

What you eat directly affects how you feel. (this is different for everyone)

I find greasy foods drag me down, so I avoid them.

Find what causes your energy to drop and cut it out.

4. Quality Sleep:

A good night's sleep is non-negotiable. (Minimum 8 hours)

Waking up refreshed and ready to win is a secret weapon for me.

Make it a non-negotiable to get up as soon as you hear your alarm.

5. Expand your comfort zone:

Challenging yourself is key to growth.

You donā€™t build resilience inside your comfort zone.

Choosing to do hard things makes the rest of life easier.

Make it a rule to do something everyday that pushes you.

Thanks for reading and follow me for more like this!

šŸ¤Æ you know whatā€™s underrated? loving the business you run, high profits, and doing work which literally changes peopleā€™s world. šŸ™

for years I thought I wanted a huge huge biz & Iā€™ve been speaking to a lot of people lately who have that. they want a lifestyle business which gives them freedom and allows ā€˜em to do meaningful work.

and, when you think about itā€¦ isnā€™t that what this is all about? using our gifts to help people and getting paid a premium in exchange for thatā€¦?

having had a team of 47 at one point (and now our core team at Impact School is half of that), I can assure you that a simple and high profit business is one which is easier to love. days feel easier, work feels more exciting, and being able to spend time thatā€™s not behind your laptop is epic šŸ’Ŗ

example: most business owners I speak to right now think they ā€œNEED a setter to scaleā€ their businesses

reality: when most new members join Impact School and we audit their time, hours are going to managing a setter and energetically itā€™s frustrating the hell outta them so we get them to let go of that person, setup a simple system to prevent a setter from even being needed right now, and they begin to love their business again.

the grass is always greener.

Gotta ask yourself if your goals are even YOUR goals.

grateful to serve šŸ™šŸ’œ
