Welcome to the University of Sussex Islamic Society. We are an exciting society providing religious and social support services as well as focusing on Da'wah whereby we intend to increase the understanding of pure Islam - free from any misconceptions and distortions. We organise prayers, Eid, events, socials, lectures, halaqas, excursions etc. The ISoc is without doubt the most active and successful faith society at the univeristy.We also intend to inform members about the latest happenings around the ISOC and all across the UK.
Sussex ISOC's aims:
-To maintain and improve the standard of Islamic environment in the university.
-Defend the Muslim affairs on campus.
-Help in any way possible all the muslim students living on and off campus.
-Educate both muslims and non-muslims about Islam.
