Thursdays are for autism assessment. One more child assessed for autism today.

I have completed pg diploma in developmental neurology frOM CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTRE, TRIVANDRUM, KERALA UNIVERSITY.
This is my first assessment for autism. It was a 2y8month old kid. Took 1 hr 25 mins and needs one more hour of post assessment evaluation to give the result. But its worth it 👌

Mommy is bsy making ugadi pachadi but this kid had different plans.
There were two objects like this initially and now she can find only one.
She doubts if the kid gulped it off😵💫
She brings the kid to my op today.
As it is a blunt object even if she ate it or not we would wait for the next two days if it comes out in stool. Also informed about warning signs to look for.
X ray was deferred as plastics may or may not show up based on density.
We ll wait and watch this child for now.
Finally when she was asked who told her to eat it off?
Answer was mommy.
