Besides for Real Estate, what really interests me are businesses. I think it's good to balance Property investments with some higher risk plays: like equities. GRAB caught my eye as it's a local company I'm very familiar with, and its shares crashed 80% since a blockbuster IPO late last year. Is it now then the right time to buy? Let me share with you my thoughts.
