Challenge Announcement 📣

Hi everyone, thank you for joining the challenge🙏🏾. I hope you have enjoyed the challenge and started seeing results as l have. I also want to personally thank you all for the continued support over the years and also during the pilot of our new system (the premium service site).
All your feedback has been great and really decisive on helping us to create a great service.

What we have discovered is that we now have the means to provide a free service to everyone and would be providing an update on a video with a plan of how we aim to achieve this in the simplest way.
We also would be moving in a direction of being able to provide workout guides that incorporate resistance bands to allow for balanced methods of training.

The aim is to provide the same service as this premium challenge however all for free through one platform, YouTube. The innovation which is the meal plans, workout planners etc are our on intellectual property and hence we can utilise these anywhere without much running costs.

So the new motto is premium level training and expertise all for free and delivered in the simplest way so as to make the service something sustainable.

Again thank you for joining the challenge we will be posting a video update in a few days. For now you can do any of the maintenance workouts and we will follow up with the next workout structure in the next videos 🥰

I hope you are all enjoying the results, I have started seeing my abs again😆 If you are noticing some weight loss it could either be due to: a body recomposition , diet adherence issues or that you are more active than you think. Remember that the diet is the key to make this journey worthwhile.
