For those concerned, I was born in Belgium in 1953 and spent the first 66 years of my life based around Brussels. I started playing at 1969, aged 16, inspired by the likes of Eric Clapton, Johnny Winter, Jimi Hendrix, etc, until the mid 70's, when I studied harmony and music theory.
To practice new material, I got involved with jazz, the only music that still uses those chord changes, and there am I, balancing between « jazz » and « rock ». I like to play jazz with a fusion sound.
I was pretty active on the Belgian jazz scene in the mid 80's, with my fusion band « Jazz Circus ». I was lucky to play with the best musicians around then.
I moved to Brazil in 2019 and started using musical tools like Bandinabox, Cubase, and Roland GR55 guitar synthesizer. I learnt a lot from trying to « think » like a horn player when using a horn sound, how to breathe, that sort of things.
I hope you enjoy the music as much as I enjoy offering it to you.
