A new venture!

Laura's final episode of training is done and its now up on the channel. I'm immensely proud of her for sticking with it, showing up and rolling with the punches on this 4 month long journey.
Tomorrow is simple.

Always a pleasure to hang out with Brett - but today things got competitive between us.
Today was the first ever Brett vs Andy challenge, hopefully a regular feature in YouTube videos.
The challenge was to be given a random time, and try as best to finish as close as possible to it, without the use of a watch!
We also ran past this pub on the route and it made the perfect chill spot after.
It was a brilliant challenge and am looking forward to creating it the video! Coming soon...

Now the Brum half is done, onto the next one - I'll be racing the Weston Super Half on the 14th, chasing a PB of sub 1:40.

There goes the last run of the training block around Worcester, a nice and easy 5k (Daisy not loving the selfie as much as me)...
If you'd like to join me for a shakeout run on Saturday, I'll be doing the Oldham parkrun. Laura, Daisy and I will be there, come run/chat with us!
It's not a flat one by all accounts so some last minute good practice for Altrincham on the Sunday.
I'll be running easy/very easy but of course run to your own pace if you prefer.
