Ketu means "Lets Go" in Uzbek. I guess, I am always on the go.
I am very curious about things and people around me. Particularly, I love food.
A chef and a baker, I was trained in Ducasse and Le Cordon Bleu in France and had a short stint in the No. 1 restaurant in the world (2025).
My heart though, always goes back to ugly delicious street food.
Other than food and culinary, I like learning new things and taking up new challenges.
I am learning how to document them, tell my stories and share my perspectives.
Currently, I split my time between Uzbekistan ๐บ๐ฟ, Malaysia ๐ฒ๐พ and Spain. ๐ช๐ธ
