Are you working on a Sunday⁉️
Well, when you do what you love and you love what you do, nothing feels like work.
And I cannot complain about the view neither, right? 😊
This was just a dream.
Not too long ago I dreamed of being able to travel the world, spending time with my son and my wife and doing what I am passionate about from just about anywhere (there's an internet connection 🙃).
It's been five weeks since we landed in paradise and there's one week to go until we experience some of the nordic winter again.
The more we spend time here, the more we see ourselves living this kind of life. (We even booked ourselves again at this 5⭐️ hotel in October 😍)
Anyway, enough about me.
I hope some of you here on Youtube will be inspired to follow your dreams in 2023.
If you can dream it, you can live it too. That dream has not picked you unless it knows you can bring it to reality in your life.

Reflection has always been a crucial pillar of problem-solving. Whether leaders are trying to overcome project delays, address team turnover, or improve subpar results, it is natural for us to honestly and earnestly ask, “How did we get here?”
But – here’s the problem…
Many of us are only taking the time to reflect when problems arise, like lost keys or downward trends. But some problems are quiet; some problems work behind the scenes, and their only symptom is that nothing is changing.
Here are my five year-end questions to help uplevel your results in 2023: www.linkedin.com/pulse/do-you-set-aside-time-flori…
I hope you'll give it a read and take some time to reflect upon them.
Happy New Year! 😉

Why is Feedback Important?
It’s no secret that feedback is an essential component of effective learning. Feedback improves employees' confidence, motivation to learn, and ultimately, a learner’s mindset.
It’s also what your people want:
✔ 65% of employees say they want more feedback.
✔ 1 in 5 employees is unsatisfied with the frequency of feedback from their direct manager.
✔ And almost 30% of employees wish they had more peer feedback.
How comfortable are you with offering and receiving feedback?
