I finally got my new video camera! I'm looking forward to seeing what it can do in this month's vlog 😊

Some of you may have already noticed that I have not released a vlog this month and I know how much some of you look forward to seeing them. The reason for no vlog is because on Monday just gone, we had to say goodbye to Miss Lucy.
We found out the Tuesday before that our time was short with Miss Lucy but had no idea how much longer we had together. For that reason, I decided to spend as much time as possible with her and made sure to spoil her which meant some of my usual activities were put to the side.
In the 8 years we had together, she brought hubby and I so much joy and laughter, as well as frustration as she was a naughty puppy that loved to chew everything - and I mean everything. We have lots of beautiful memories of her and we know she is now running free with her best friend Rollie.
Although the heartache will be there for a long time, when the tears have stopped flowing, I will get back behind the camera.

I had a spare moment this week in the shop and randomly picked a scent out of my box and made a soap. I filmed it as a silent video to do as a short on Instagram as I didn't think it would be that interesting. After seeing the cut, I'm kind of regretting that decision as it has some amazing swirls.
