Hello, I am Javid Jenkins. I am a 46-year-old African-American male with all the signs of poor health. I am 6'6", and just a few years ago I weighed 360lbs. My cholesterol was high, I have GERD, and I have a very hard time sleeping when attacks come. I am sure that I have sleep apnea and I am also sure I was close to becoming a diabetic. The only thing I had working for me was the fact that I have never had high blood pressure. I would like to get healthy because I have a life I would love to live, and children I have to see grow up and have children of their own.
I started Getting Better Fitness because I wanted to help people become better stronger and faster. Now I am the owner of one of the hottest gyms in town. Changing the lives of hundreds of people.....
