Those seeking clarification on past transmissions, unexplained anomalies, or Foundation protocols may submit their questions in the comments below. All inquiries will undergo review by the Division of Civilian Outreach. Due to operational security restrictions, responses will be issued selectively, not all submissions will receive a response. Questions lacking relevance or appropriate structure may be disregarded.
