Hey everyone! Thanks for checking out my channel. I've put this together to share my love of all things health and fitness. I use to be ridiculously overweight but I was able to battle through it and achieve a body I'm truly happy about. And I want to share my findings with others.
The process was easy once I knew how. Then it was just a matter of staying mentally disciplined and being consistent. Of course there were challenges along the way. But I stuck to my plan and have been very successful.
I tried a lot of things to get a slim body. I mainly used Java Burn which is a type of supplement that optimizes sleep. Then I combined this with a mediteranean diet, gym 4 times a week, and a couple of cardio sessions per week.
I will share more of my specific protocol with future videos so you can all get motivated and excited about changing your body and your life. So I'm glad you are here and I appreciate all my viewers and subscribers.
