Dear Mary, Mother of Perpetual Help, I love you as my mother. I give myself and all I have to you again today.
Thank you for protecting me and for all the blessings you’ve given me through your kindness and prayers.
Whenever I need help, I turn to you with full trust—you are the Helper of Christians, the Mother of Mercy!
Please listen to my prayer and ask Jesus to grant me this favor:

I will call on you with trust, knowing my weakness makes me need you more.
If God shows me how weak I am, it’s so I run to Him—and to you, my only hope.
