These incredible animals are in a crisis to exist. Asian Elephant numbers are dwindling drastically due to loss of habitat and illegal poaching. Big contributors like Palm Oil production and destruction of ancient migratory routes, due to human encroachment, are just some of the foremost leading causes of the crisis. Asian Elephants, a once flourishing population in the wild, are now facing detrimentally decreasing numbers as they have reached an all time low of only around 40,000 remaining worldwide. Another contributing factor to population decline is the senseless killing from poachers for parts. The hideous desire for products made from the body parts of these animals is atrocious and needs to stop. Stop the buying, stop the killing. โฃโฃ
