Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA) was constituted in the year 1993 jointly by Three (3) sponsoring bodies of Pakistan namely ICAP, ICMAP and AGP.
PIPFA is registered as a Non-profit Association under Section 42 of The Companies Act, 2017. As a full member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), PIPFA has attained global recognition as an Institution providing Professional Excellence to Public Accountants in Pakistan.
PIPFA has more than 8,200 members all together including Associate and Fellow Members from Corporate as well as Public Stream, which are geographically disbursed to more than 40 Cities of Pakistan and more than 6 countries worldwide. In recognition of the outstanding professional standards, PIPFA is recognized by major accounting bodies including ICAP, ICMAP, ACCA & CIMA and reciprocal exemptions are available with these bodies as detailed in the exemptions section of this website.
