Heres the situation right now
1. This channel will be abandoned and I will be moving to a different channel youtube.com/@smoltollcarrie
The reason is I think the huge subscriber amount which came from that one minecraft video i did ages ago is working against my favor and its the reason why people consider my videos to be ingenuine or accuse me of paid subscribers, so I want to start from scratch. I'm also not really proud of any of the videos I made here (including the newer ones about predecessor) so i kinda want to leave them behind. I want all of my new videos from this point on my new channel to be some sort of portfolio pieces that i can show to potential future employers, and I don't want any of my old videos to ruin the portfolio
The channel is empty for now, but there will be videos coming soon
2. Speaking of videos:
- The paragon iceberg video. I still want to finish it but its much much more work than i anticipated, so i cant give an ETA on this one. At one point I had a thought to scrap it and instead just make a video about Paragon history from the earliest stress tests until its closure, but I decided that these videos can coexist and so I can release both of them, but then the paragon history video would have to be released first in order to provide more background for the iceberg video
- I announced on Reddit that I want to start a "predecessor funny moments/wtf moments" series, and I still do - in fact I'm working on the first video right now! But I want these videos to be something more than just a spiritual successor to Aylit's paragon series, therefore the series will not be called "wtf moments", I'm still trying to figure out the name for the series. I'm gonna take my time with the videos as I want them to be really well made
- Iggy series has been cancelled. I can't make them anymore. I'm not the same person as i was in 2017. I'm sorry for anyone who expected Iggy memes. Keeping a schedule is too tough for me, especially since i have both college and work
3. I may be livestreaming both on youtube and on twitch, but so far its not working out for me, I dont think there is a demand for me to do livestreams. However i'm playing around with the idea of becoming a vtuber (lmao)
