I got offered a large sponsorship for a gaming laptop with a 25-30W power limit... but I warned them that the laptop was unlikely to get a positive review due to its poor thermal design since it would only perform at 50% of how it should perform at full power. I didn't get the sponsorship... no surprise.
That's the third sponsorship I didn't get because I made it clear I had to be able to be honest about the products I review. I know taking sponsorships are controversial, but please know I refuse to take sponsorships where I can't be honest. I wouldn't do it if I could make reviews without the sponsored aspect, but my channel just isn't large enough at this point to support me and my team without sponsorships.
Just know that I value your attention and want to protect my you from bad/poor products. Anyway... thanks for watching my content and sticking with me! Also, shoutout to the companies that let me be honest about their products!
