Hello guys! Posting more screenshots from the upcoming What-If, I'm really getting around to getting the hang of this experimental style, and it’s allowing me to create even more dynamic choreography than I could achieve with 2D sprites. The ability to control angles has been a game-changer.
I will also say this - A variation of a Great Ape, like no one has seen before will make an appearance.

Hello! Here are more screenshots from the upcoming "What-If #21 - Gohan Beast and Orange Piccolo VS A "Perfect" Cell-Max..!?" Also, here's some key-points about the animation's story!
- In the canon of What-If #21, Cell Max was intended to possess an appearance akin to Perfect Cell from the start, however, Hedo’s lack of attention during its creation—unlike with the Gammas—resulted in a psychological barrier. This barrier prevented Cell Max from fully achieving his complete state, making him have the characteristics of Semi-Perfect Cell. Cell Max resorted to assimilating Hedo’s successful creations, the Gammas, due to jealousy, and the curiosity to 'acquire' what made them so special, unlike himself, to Hedo.
- This "Perfect" Cell Max is a different character from the back then "Cell" both in terms of personality and arsenal of techniques. He is also sentient, unlike his canon version. His motivation as an antagonist in the animation, is him wondering why he was "born" without "meaning".
