Hi guys, how are you doing? It's been a little while since we last posted here. 6 months in fact!
Lots has been happening at Isbourne HQ this year, some things we can talk about now and some things we can reveal a bit later!
First major thing is... We now have a podcast! Hosted by meditation teacher Kathryn Buxton of Spacious Mind Meditation, each week we'll be chatting to some wellbeing experts about different topics such as sleep, nutrition, kindness and more. The trailer will be up in a few hours so keep an eye out!

Last week was the start of our new series, World Wide Wellbeing. Every Friday at 6pm GMT we will be sharing an experience that you can do at home to help ease the stress, worry and anxiety of the current situation. Tonight, we are premiering a safe space meditation that you can do to create a peaceful place in your mind. Who will be joining us?
