She teaches active humans how to get strong without getting injured or sacrificing their joy.
She is the creator of The Other 23 Hours online coaching program, and is the co-host of The Other 23 Hours Podcast, a podcast dedicated to exploring the intersection of mental and physical health during the apocalypse. She hosts this podcast with her wife, Kelsey-Hopson-Shiller, LCSW.
Shiller brings a decade of experience to the health and fitness industry.
Prior to becoming a coach, she earned her MSW from the University of Denver, and spent 6 years in the social work field.
As a native east coaster, Coach Julie takes pizza very seriously, and will not apologize for eating it or call it a cheat meal. She also loves strong coffee, all vegetables, her pup Millie and cat Mustache. Shiller firmly believes that life can and should be enjoyed.
