Alright troops

Just a quick message guys to say that burpees have served me well however it’s time for a new challenge

I’ve decided to become a full time Zumba coach. I feel this intense exercise style will take my fitness into uncharted territory.

ALRIGHT TROOPS

I’m getting a lot of messages asking where I have been.

I’ve had some life stuff come up that’s been a priority so I’ve had to take a step back for a while

I’ve also taken up BJJ which has been exciting, therapeutic and mentally overwhelming. It’s a tough sport for sure.

I love it, so much to learn. I don’t know if burpees complement it. Guess I’ll find out soon enough

I should be back soon. Got a few ideas spinning about my head.
