In emergency services, Code 3 means an emergency response to a rapidly changing situation. Society is rapidly changing, and to continue to thrive, a Code 3 response is necessary.
In the coming years, automation will continue replacing workers and more people will reach retirement age, without sufficient assets. As a result, dependency on government social programs will continue to accelerate at exponential rates.
Relying on social programs, pensions, stocks, 401Ks and even what was once considered a safe job, now all have one thing in common: they are all directly subject to the actions of elected people seeking more power and control for their own self interests. History tells us one thing for certain. When mass societies surrender control of the wealth to the few, good things do not happen.
