What do you believe is the most significant piece of C64 music still absent from my channel?

Spoiler alert: I have something big planned for next week (a project that was challenging and took quite some time) which might just be the answer. However, I'd still love to hear your thoughts!

As usual I'm a bit late with my community posts...

At gamescom I was lucky to meet the legend himself Chris Hülsbeck ( ‪@ChrisHuelsbeckOfficial‬ ) AND he actually knew who I am!

The original Piano Collection album by Chris and Patrick ( ‪@v.i.d.d.i‬ ) was the inspiration for creating my channel in the first place, so this was a special honor for me.

A few weeks ago I was in Hamburg. I actually had no plans related to retro games, but then it turned out that a little retro game museum, run by ‪@retrokompott‬, was pretty close to the hotel.

So I spent a nice evening there playing with C64, Amiga, and consoles. Very friendly people, the place is easy to recommend.

More retro games coming up tomorrow as I'm at gamescom.

Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well and enjoying the retro game music videos on my channel. A few weeks ago I asked you to suggest some music titles for my 100th video, and I was overwhelmed by the number of submissions I received. Thank you so much for your support and enthusiasm!

I have already chosen the music title for my 100th video, but I won’t reveal it yet. It will be a surprise for you all, so stay tuned! However, I want to share with you some of the other music suggestions that I really liked and that I plan to release in the second half of the year. Here they are:

Another World: End Theme suggested by @cazzozzo
Assassin: Hall of Fame/High Score suggested by @Will74Densetsu
Asterix & Obelix: London suggested by @supermattboy
Lost Patrol: Main Theme suggested by Tomáš Konvička @tomaskonvicka4135 & @RadianSilver
Quest for Glory 1: Erana's Peace suggested by @jauladeardillla

This is just the list for the near(-ish) future. Many more of your suggestions have made it onto my long-term TODO-list.

Thank you again for being a part of this community and for loving retro game music. I hope you will enjoy my upcoming videos and my 100th video surprise. Until then, take care.

As I announced last week, I'm approaching my 100th video on my retro game music channel.
For my 100th video, I'm looking for a calm, melancholic/nostalgic piece to play on the piano.
I'm open to your ideas and recommendations, so please feel free to leave a comment. The deadline for submissions is May 15th and I plan to release the 100th video in July.
Thank you all for your continued support and I can't wait to see what you come up with!

Hello everybody,
I'm curious to know if any of my viewers of my retro game music-focused YouTube channel have piano playing experience.

Which Monkey Island game is the latest one in the series that you would consider to be "retro"?

Hello everyone!

Some of you requested a view from above my piano to see my hands better. Because of this I have uploaded a few "Synthesia-Style" videos on my second channel. Creating those videos (from my original main-channel recordings) is much easier than placing an actual camera above my piano.

Please let me know if you like this style of video! watch video on watch page
