Do you really know how powerful your mind is? The brain if your mind which is the creative force can and will shape your world and your reality.
Starting my weight loss journey I knew that I needed positive words to help me along my journey. So I created a Tee Shirt Business named Shirty Business. I have most of the sayings on my shirts that I could think of so I could sport the words or sayings on my body.
I now have the words it two places, on my mind and on my body. Now, I am creating what I want. My mind is constantly thinking about the positive words and at times people will come up to me saying how they like what my shirt is saying. The universe hears them and it also hears my thoughts, now I can create what I want in my personal world. Which is weight loss and health.
