⨠Free Meal Planner ā Simple, Stress-Free Weekly Menu Planning! āØ
I love creating and sharing resources that make everyday life just a little easier, and this one is a work in progress that I think youāll really enjoy.
This Meal Planner Template is designed to take the overwhelm out of figuring out āWhatās for dinner?ā each week. The idea is simple:
ā
Choose 1 meal from each category
ā
Pick 1ā2 sides from each category
ā
Boom ā youāve got a 5-day meal plan without overthinking it.
The categories cover a mix of International favorites, Mexican/Tex-Mex, Sandwiches, Pasta, and American Classics ā so youāll have variety without having to reinvent the wheel every week. And for sides, thereās everything from fresh veggies and salads to soups, breads, and comfort-food staples.
Iām also working on bonus resources to go along with this, like:
š Printable recipes
š Pre-made grocery lists
š“ Tips for swapping ingredients to fit your budget or dietary needs
But even as it is right now, I think itās a great, low-stress way to plan your weekly menu and make sure dinner time doesnāt sneak up on you.
If you want the free planner, just grab it below and start planning! š„šš®
(And if you use it, Iād love to know what meals end up in your rotation!)

Iām sorry Iāve been a bit MIA lately. Our house went back on the market last Wednesday with a new real estate agent, but life decided to throw us a curveball. Over the weekend, our kitchen sink sprung a leakā¦thankfully the damage to the floor was minor, but still, not exactly the surprise we were hoping for!
Selling this house has been an emotional rollercoaster, and Iād be lying if I said it hasnāt been discouraging at times. But I donāt want setbacks to slow me down. I havenāt stopped filming. Iāve just been pouring my energy into a few bigger projects that I think will be really helpful for you all.
Iāve been diving into some fun and practical kitchen experiments lately! Right now, Iām testing a āMeals in Minutesā series (microwave only!), trying out some new slow cooker dinners, and prepping freezer-friendly chicken marinades for quick weeknight meals. Iāve got a few other surprises cooking too, all aimed at making delicious dinners simpler, faster, and budget-friendly.
Whatās your go-to meal when life gets busy? Iād love to hear your quick dinner ideas, I might just try them in an upcoming video!

Everyoneās always asking when Iām going to make a Dollar Tree cookbookāand honestly, I donāt see that happening anytime soon. I prefer keeping my resources free and accessible to everyone. So instead, Iāll be releasing a free printable to go along with my 4 dinners for $20 series. Itāll include the shopping list, full recipes, and a QR code that links back to all the videos. Look out for it at the end of the series!

Hi Friends! No video today sorry!
I needed to step away from my posting schedule for the next day or two. Everything's okay, there are just a few things behind the scenes that need my focus right now.
This 5 day schedule honestly has been SO helpful to me, and one of the things I love about the schedule I've been following is that it actually gives me the flexibility to take a day or two off when life gets busy, then I can just hop right back in where I left off, without feeling behind or burned out. It's been such a helpful rhythm and I truly enjoy making these videos for you all each day!
I'm hoping to be back on track for Fake-out Friday and I've also got a fun bonus video planned for this weekend to make up for the gap, I can't wait to share it with you!
Thanks as always for being here and for your support, it truly means the world!

Happy Sunday!
I know it's been over a week since I posted, TBH, I haven't done much cooking this week, between going to New Mexico for the wedding and eating our way through some stuff in our freezer/leftovers! I do have a new video in the works, I appreciate you guys checking in on me!
Here's what I've made so far:
Cranberry Apple Pecan Chicken salad-we ate every drop of this and it was so good! it fed us for 3 days no joke
One Pan Spaghetti (I called it spaghetti in the style of "hamburger helper") I used up some odds and ends like that little bit of parmesan in the fridge, some ground beef, and some chicken stock from the freezer. We were sad when we ran out of that one!
Orange chicken (as promised!)
Coming soon! Not sure what the 4th dinner is going to be. I'm aiming for a new video on Tuesday :)

You pick my 1950's Thanksgiving dinner!
Round 3: Pie! I left out pumpkin because the pumpkin pie recipe in this book was fairly standard, nothing to see there ;)
