59! Jesus where did that go?
I am truly thankful to every single one of you that took the time to wish me a happy birthday yesterday.
Some really kind comments were made and I am extremely humbled.
Whilst celebrating in Brighton I must admit to reflecting on my own situation and realising how lucky I am to still be here and actually, despite all my health issues, still able to enjoy life.
We seem to be losing friends at an alarming rate at the moment and I guess that’s just what happens as old Father Time passes.
None the less, it’s a gentle reminder to be kind, humble and show those who you love exactly how you feel every single day.
It is also a reminder to me that living a life that is built around hatred, envy, and discrimination is not one i want to live.
Maybe with age comes wisdom, with that should come letting go of past conflict.
Carrying it around will take its toll eventually.
Sending love to anyone i know grieving at this time, hold each other and share the light.

An amazing day in London today. On the ‘in the city’ tour. Loved having our photo taken on this iconic spiral staircase at the former ‘Solid Bond recording studios used for the recording of The Jam’s final single ‘A Beat Surrender’. Video to come soon. 😎🙏

Hi everyone, as January comes to and end I thought I’d just post an update. I am really happy with my work output this year so far, so much so that I treated myself to this lovely 1977 Vespa primavera.
On health related issues, sadly my latest round of blood tests reveal some progression of my cancer. Nothing to be overly concerned with at the moment but just a gentle reminder to keep looking after myself and live as healthy a lifestyle as possible.
I hope you are all well, healthy and happy. Sending love from a dreary, grey UK 🫂🙏

2025 continues as I continue to be influenced by 60’s mod culture and pop art. Acrylic on canvas. It cannot be understated how creating art continues to support my positive mental health and keep me in a good place within myself. 🙏😀 is it the same for you? What is the one activity you do that helps you keep happy and positive?
