Many believe everyone knows how to scramble an egg. You would be surprised that many don’t. It’s not a big deal as I just want to share how to scramble an egg. My video today is a soft scramble because I eat all the food on video I share with you and that’s how I like eggs. If you want a hard scramble just cook a little longer.

Test baking. Even experience cooks test bake/cook.
I remember mom would take a big spoonful of cake batter and drop it in a cake pan and bake it. My sister and I would stand by the stove waiting on the test cake to come out. Mom would taste it and then give us the rest. Do you test bake/cook?

Peppers and carrots and celery and turnip bottoms are a few of my favorite things. We ought to give them a taste without drowning them in cheese gravy or fried. They are delicious roasted.
