Unfortunately our area is hit by typhoon odette
And its been a week already without electricity, no water supply as well. My family is okey.. all my outdour tubs are okey. Some of my guppies didnt survive but majority of my fish is still ok like glo danios, plattys, glo tetras they were able to survive without electricity. I miss doing water change thoughπ. i wont be able to upload videos for now because the internet connection is really poor . Here are some things i did to survive without electricty
1. Less food. 1 time per day only up until the elctricity is okey.
2. If you think your fishtank is crowded then move some of your fish to a different tub/tank . 2 liters/fish.. this will help you get a high chance of survival.
This is only applicable to guppies, molly, platy, danios, tetras.. not applicable to goldfish and and koi fish and other bigger fish.
3. Placed live plants in your tank because they produce oxygen naturally helping fish to survive
4. Plant absorb nitrate as well helping you without doing water change anymore..
5. Dont lose hope π
