CHANNEL UPDATE:
I know a few of you have noticed the absence of TrikBrix on YouTube as of late, and I just wanted to take a moment and address that...
In recent months my interests have been turning away from Lego, and I had begun to dread making every video due to the time and effort they take - writing scripts, composing original music, researching sets, buying sets, setting up the studio, filming, editing, etc. - basically taking up all my free time outside of my day job, which would be fine if I didn’t have any other interests/responsibilities, but that isn’t the case.
So I decided a hiatus was in order before the dread turned to total burnout.
I appreciate all of your thoughtful comments and emails of concern; yes, I’m pleased to announce that I’m alive and well. :)
Getting to know the community here has by far been the best thing to come out of creating this channel, so this decision was not an easy one to make. But at the same time, you guys deserve more than half-hearted, thrown together reviews.
Lastly, you’ll be glad to know that I don’t expect this break to last forever, and as soon as I get the spark back, you’ll be seeing reviews from me again, bigger and better than ever.
