Magnetite Jade is a rare stone mined only in Victorville, California and was mined out in the 60โs. This mine was exhausted in the same decade, which is why you'll not see this material around much.
We managed to get our hands on them, like we always do!! ๐ But it'll probably be a one time thing and I'm sure we'll not get more of these in the future.
