I release new fitness tips and workouts for people of all ages and fitness levels, to help you keep fit without the need to pay for a gym membership!
My mission is to get people moving wherever you are - at home, at work or the great outdoors. With workouts ranging from 5 minutes all the way to 30 minutes and beyond. I use kettlebells in a variety of different ways and promote the use of functional fitness and mobility drills. As well as utilising a range of different workout methods - EMOM and AMRAP etc.
