Originally a Hatha-Flow Yoga teacher, I moved into the field of functional and adaptive application of Yoga with the study of Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Musculoskeletal Anatomy, Mindfulness and Meditation. I specialise in the therapeutic application of these practices for self-care purposes.
