Me and Joe Wheatley sat down to face another album's worth of visuals, and decided to bunch them all into one short film that really captured this album's essence of live performance. This is the first take, of a series of one-shot takes, shot in the house we did all the stills in. Huge thank you to the outstanding crew members, delectable musicians, and Dom Monks and Milo Ferreira-Hayes for capturing the live sound. This was an enormous feat to pull off and I'm so very proud of us all. When I first saw this back I couldn't bare the thought of putting it out, it's not the best performance by far, but my goodness me is it real. Love to all x

I give to thee Nothing But Mine, a song about treasuring something you feel particularly protective over. This one was done late at night, I sprung the song on everyone before they’d even heard it, and the result is pretty much what you hear now. Special mention for Casper Miles on the drums, Nick Hill on bass, Will Taylor on norty guitar, Marcus Hamblett on all things brass and Emma Gatrill on clarinet/bass clarinet. Long ! Live ! The ! Honky ! Tonk !

She’s out. I can’t begin to express to you how much I’ve wanted this to be in the world, I am so fucking excited and ready. We started this thing a while back and it’s all stringing together quite beautifully now. A total fresh and untouched slate. Thank you ever so much for your patience and kindness throughout, and in the meantime, here is Garden of Eden. It’s about the competition to grow and constantly be better, about how we all desperately need to be fed and watered and given space to thrive, and yet we’re so subscribed to this idea of pushing and evolving that we’re not actually doing the living part. So my message to you is thank you and I hope you can slow down and FEEL again. X
