The Plymouth Brethren Christian Church was established in the early nineteenth century in Plymouth, England. We now have around 53,000 members who live and work in communities across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the Americas, the Caribbean and UK.
Central to our faith is showing âcare and compassionâ for those in need. We practice this each day, volunteering for our charity, The Rapid Relief Team, which provides sustenance to emergency services in times of disaster, as well as those in need, including the homeless.
Members of our Church run their own family businesses which globally employ over 70,000 people from local communities. Members also run a network of schools where students are taught in a secular environment, using the latest technology and access to world class teachers.
