Alibaba is ~$190B in MCap ($80/sh).
It did roughly $20 - 30B in FCF over the last 4 years. It has a cash balance of ~$85B.
If we net off cash, assuming they hold $20B FCF/yr.
That's 5x FCF.
AIDC, Cloud, Alipay, Investments. Zero.
