Shortly after having my first baby in 2022 I unfortunately was diagnosed with severe postpartum depression. The experience was eye opening as to the lack of treatment, process of seeking treatment, expense, and much more. Now that I am in a better mental state I hope you share my experience and speak on this chapter of motherhood so others know they are not alone.
