in the future - u will be able to do some more stuff here,,,!! like pat catgirl- i mean um yeah... for now u can only see others's posts :c
Alright folks,
As you may have gathered from the radio silence (sorry about that :P) life's gotten in the way of reptile keeping. However, I feel that I have unfinished business here before I sign off formally for a good long while...
There's quite a bit to be said, and I have insufficient time to cover it in the polished format I prefer. So, I am contemplating making a simple lecture-format, longer video to dress over the last things I have to say on that pet topic of mine, reptile lighting. (What, were you expecting something else?)
Anyone fancy it?

Hi everyone,
Just a quick update. Uni stuff has really taken over this summer, so I haven’t really had the time to work on any videos. (With that said, I’ve still had a big one bubbling away in the back of my mind...)
The latest herp project I’m working on is a couple of talks for the BVZS conference in November: www.bvzs.co.uk/bvzs/about/conference-2022/ If all goes well with this, I’ll probably perform the talks again on camera and upload them as videos over Christmas, so stay tuned for that!
Anyway, I hope you - and your herps - are all keeping well!

Am settled back home now. Got a few videos in mind for over the summer and have a predicted busy season with collared lizard, leopard gecko, and lined day gecko hatchlings.
Stay tuned!

Back at home with the herps. Have a big update for the channel going forwards: I've got a proper camera. I'm still figuring out how to work it so am playing around with it each day - I'll be putting the best snaps up on Instagram and Facebook so worth a look if you're not following already.
Aiming to get a leopard gecko care video made over the next few weeks, too, so stay tuned ;)

Just over a week to go until the Advancing Herpetological Husbandry/British Herpetological Society conference - will you be there, too? 🤔🦎

A Merry Christmas to all that will be celebrating tomorrow! And for those that won’t, I hope you have a good day regardless 🙂🦎

Seeing as it’s been a while since my last upload, I’m thinking of doing a livestream so that you have chance to ask me questions. I will give you all an update on how things are going, plus let you know what to expect over the coming months.
The stream will start THIS WEDNESDAY at 8PM, GMT - will you be there?

HAVE YOU HEARD?
On the 12th and 13th of March 2022, Advancing Herpetological Husbandry in partnership with The British Herpetological Society - BHS will be running a conference at Drayton Manor Park. This will be a fantastic event for herp enthusiasts, with world-class speakers discussing everything from care to conservation.
I intend to be there for the whole weekend - who else is going? 🙋♂️

Reptiles have evolved to flourish in the wild. Therefore, if we replicate it (excepting detrimental features such as disease, natural disaster, and parasitism), we will be certain of our animals' welfare.
This is why I'm following nature's example.
