I have studied and used the Alexander Technique in my dancing and life since the late 1980s. I trained with Mio Morales, founder of Primal Alexander. I also studied with Marjorie Barstow, who was one of Mio's primary teachers along with Frank Pierce Jones.

Easiness is our inherent birthright. Our awareness of it comes and goes as we get caught up in thoughts, sensations, emotions and the busyness of life. Our relationship with ease in our lives is similar to dancing with a partner. It takes practice to recognize the nuances and signals of being caught up in an activity, thought or emotion or being in alignment with our ease. Awareness brings choice, and choice is Freedom!
