I'm sure you are all wondering "Where the hell has this guy been?!?!". I get it and I do apologize for the long absence. I've had many things going on behind the scenes both personal and professional and I'm at least extremely happy to announce one of the things that has been keeping me busy!
After months of development, design, and lots of caffeine-fueled playtesting, my friends and I just launched our new board game Culture Cue on Kickstarter — and we’re already 25% funded in just 3 days! 😱🎉
If you love games that get people talking (like, really talking), Culture Cue is a storytelling icebreaker game all about celebrating who you are, where you come from, and the hilarious, heartfelt, or downright awkward experiences that make you you.
Think of it as what would happen if a dinner party met The Office met a heartfelt indie film. 🎲💬✨
🕛 And just like every good movie plot twist — there’s a time crunch:
The early bird special (only $25!) ends at MIDNIGHT tonight. After that, the price jumps back up to $30 for the main physical + digital edition tier.
📽️ Check out the video we made to hear the full story, meet the team, and see the game in action.
If you're into storytelling, pop culture, or games that bring people closer — we’d love your support.
🫶 Back it. Share it. Help us make this real:

Hey all!
It's been a while but I hope you're all doing well!
I apologize for the lack of new content and not doing any new streams lately. Other than being super busy with my current move, I've also had a bit of a family emergency that I had to attend to and kept me away from here for some time. The good news is that everything is currently fine but I'm still super busy.
I don't think I'll be able to do much for the rest of the month of March but I'm looking forward to coming back in full force for the month of April.
Thanks for all of your understanding and I'm looking forward to catching up with all of you very soon!

Happy New Release Tuesday!
Here are the new movies that are available on PVOD for the first time this week!
I'm Still Here (2024) - amzn.to/4bKSp1J
Will you be watching this week?
Finally, the Academy Award Winning Film is available to watch online! I'm Still Here won the Oscar for International Feature Film at this year's Academy Awards and Fernanda Torres won the Golden Globe for her role and portrayal of Eunice Paiva in this amazing film directed by Walter Salles. I first saw this film during last year's New York Film Festival and I knew immediately that Fernanda was going to be in talks for awards consideration for her brilliant performance. I can't recommend this movie enough and it's definitely worth watching. 4/5 stars on Letterboxd

Hey all!
Hope you're all doing well and had a great weekend!
I'm still not back from an amazing weekend at the Northeast Comic Con with Knights of the Comic. No live stream today but hope to be back next week as I take some time to recover and to finish some adulting this week.
See you all soon!

HULU can suck my balls!
I'm sorry I had to cut the live stream because Hulu wasn't loading the show. I can't even log into the Hulu app on my TV, console and website.
Good job, guys! I mean, there's nothing important about tonight anyways. UGH!

Happy New Release Tuesday!
Here are the new movies that are available on PVOD for the first time this week!
A Complete Unknown (2024) - amzn.to/4hTTyGA
Love Hurts (2025) - amzn.to/3EQ0shk
Presence (2024) - amzn.to/3XfMP1i
Which one are you planning on watching this week?
This week we have a few interesting movies to watch if you haven't seen them yet. Just in time before the Oscars, A Complete Unknown is finally available on PVOD and I can't recommend it enough! Timothée Chalamet truly shines bright in this film and you can see him mature more and more as an actor. He also just recently won a SAG award for this performance! So definitely check it out especially if you're a fan of biopics and biopics based on famous names in music history.
This week also get a chance to watch Love Hurts starring Ke Huy Quan and Ariana DeBose which got really mixed reviews (mostly negative) but could be worth the watch if you're looking for some action. For horror fans, you got Presence which is directed by Steven Soderbergh and stars Lucy Liu. This is a film I really wish I had a chance to catch in cinemas but is going to be the movie to watch for the week for me. I haven't heard many people talk about this but definitely looks like something that I would enjoy...or not! I guess we shall see!

Happy Monday!
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!
Due to some schedule changes on my end, I won't be able to stream today. I will see if I can do a makeup stream this Wednesday at 3pm but if I can't, I'll promise to post a video with my final Oscar predictions this week.
I'm still on schedule to stream my live reaction to the Oscar ceremony this Sunday. Stay tuned for time.
Thanks for your understanding and continued support! I'll see you all soon!

Happy New Release Tuesday!
Here are the new movies that are available on PVOD for the first time this week!
Companion (2025) - amzn.to/41jDQhZ
The Brutalist (2024) - amzn.to/41jvXJq
Mufasa: The Lion King (2024) - amzn.to/3CWEb0Y
Dog Man (2025) - amzn.to/4gO0WC7
The Last Showgirl (2024) - amzn.to/4gO0WC7
Love Me (2024) - amzn.to/41ld7BZ
The Room Next Door (2024) - amzn.to/4b4uc69
This week we see a HUGE amount of new releases and many of them are really worthy a watch. I'll try my best to break things down for you!
For the kids and families, you have the surprise hit of the holidays in Mufasa and a newer release with Dog Man that has been in theaters for the last month. I have not seen Dog Man but I did see Mufasa and wasn't exactly thrilled with it. Of course, your mileage may vary but it was a big hit for Disney which means quality doesn't always dictate box office success! I gave Mufasa 2/3 stars on Letterboxd.
Companion is one of my favorites of this early year. Sophie Thatcher and Jack Quaid have really good chemistry in this bizarre thriller that had me thoroughly entertained for the most part. Yes it's a bit funnier than I was expecting it to be but Sophie's performance is definitely worth the watch. I gave this a 4/5 stars on Letterboxd.
For those who are looking to catch up on the Oscar nominated films, The Brutalist is finally available and I believe is definitely one of the best films to come out in 2024. Adrien Brody gives one of his best performances of his career and you'll be impressed with the film editing and cinematography in this career defining period piece directed by Brady Corbet. I gave this 4/5 stars on Letterboxd.
The Room Next Door is another notable film that I saw last year and at New York Film Festival (along with The Brutalist) and I think it's a film that will end up being an underrated gem from director Pedro Almodóvar. The chemistry and relationship between Tilda Swinton and Julianne Moore is truly heartfelt and touching. It's also worthy to note that this is Pedro's very first English language film. Worth a watch and I gave this 4/5 stars on Letterboxd.
The Last Showgirl and Love Me are two films I've been waiting to check out. Pamela Anderson has been praised for her performance in The Last Showgirl and at one point, she was in talks for potential leading actress recognition during this current awards season. Love Me stars Kristen Stewart and Steven Yuen in this post apocalyptic love story that sounds very intriguing. I'll be sure to be checking out these two this week!
With so many options this week, how do you decide which movie is worth your time and money?
