Cool season Turf Type Tall Fescue looking decent for now. It will struggle with the heat and shade. Hard to believe this was mostly dirt and moss when I moved in!

Hard to tell a difference but dropped the HOC down with the recycler yesterday. Lost a little green but it’s still filling in and greening up!
The recycler adjusts in 1/4 inch increments instead of the 1/2 inch increments on the timemaster. This makes a big difference with Bermuda!

Post emergent weed control last weekend (bio advanced season long weed control)
Walmart expert gardener 30-0-4 fertilizer today.
Mowing at about 2 inches. Aiming to mow twice per week this year. Did not have the time last year and it showed.

No fertilizer yet on the front Bermuda lawn. Backyard overtaken with weeds! Zoysia seeding updates to come also….did it survive?

First mow in 2 weeks! Still some greening up to do. A little spring dead spot and some annual bluegrass. Overall it doesn’t look too bad!
Dryer than heck right now I’m gonna run the irrigation twice per week. Tested all zones and working well!
No scalping needed!

Front beds weeded, weed preventer put down and fresh pine straw.
Converted a side bed to stone, really like how that turned out.
Fishing this week as weather allows and continuing projects around the house.
The lawn is only part of the yard. I do plan to get a first mow next week. Nature is greening it up without me doing anything!
