Friends, there was no long video this weekend, as I've seen one too many urgent care rooms this week (loved seeing the Gandhi sign though!) while preparing the "Intentional Life Summit" AND my new "Craft Your Joyful Life" course especially for busy parents, but I hope you enjoyed the extra short introducing you to my new favorite healthy gobo tea!
I've found a system that works for me, and I know will help so many other moms too to ditch the guilt and plan with intention to make time for the things that bring us joy instead of living reactively all the time. If you're a parent, I'd love to hear what you wish you would/would've had to help ease the overwhelm and always busy life that is parenthood!
