Check the ingredients of your detox drink, the top detox drinks out there. 3 Ingredients: Water, Food Coloring, and Creatine. Creatine adds to dilution. If you want to dilute a test, then sure, detox drinks work great for that. But some drug testing companies check creatine levels for dilution, and some dont. So if you passed using a detox drink, you were lucky enough to go to a facility that doesnt care about dilution, but Ive been to many which do, in which they made me sit in the lobby after a test coming up diluted, until I had to urinate again.
