Who we are?
In todayโs world there exists an urgent need to strengthen Zionism and reinvigorate its relevance for the 21st century. In response, a new movement known as โOver the Rainbowโ is being established in partnership between individuals in Israel and abroad. Over the Rainbow is a global Zionist movement which will be running for seats at the next World Zionist Conference, scheduled to take place in Jerusalem in October, 2015.
The movement was established in order to update and revitalize the Zionist vision and make that vision and the Zionist institutions that represent it more relevant to the global Jewish community in the 21st century. Over the Rainbow believes that there is a pressing need to transfer the center of Zionist activities from Israel to the network of Jewish Federations around the world.
