Adulting is hard. That is the mantra of Millennials the world over. Join me as I try new ways to get it together and find growth and maturity in all areas of day-to-day life. As I explore the eight areas of wellness (occupational, financial, environmental, social, physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual), I will share with you both my triumphs and my failures, but most importantly, tips on what works for me and what doesn't.
