A few weeks after our update video, NEOM has just announced yet another region: Treyam π€―
Treyam is a 450-metre-long hotel spanning across a lagoon in the Gulf of Aqaba. It will feature glass-bottomed rooms and an infinity pool on top.
Designed by Mark Foster Gage Architects, it is supposed to offer a unique perspective on nature. The hotel's rooms boast glass floors, allowing guests to observe marine life below, and glass ceilings for stargazing. π β

Top Luxury has been with us for almost 4 years and we are definitely grateful for this whole journey. But moving forward, weβve been thinking about a name that more accurately describes what we actually talk about: Insane megaprojects from around the world!

This could become America's Next Tallest Building! π€―
This week, California-based architecture firm AO proposed changes to their planned supertall skyscraper in Oklahoma City. The plan includes three approved 105m (345 ft) tall towers and a skyscraper that was originally planned to be 533m (1,750 ft) tall.
The updated proposal would increase the skyscraper's height to 581m (1,907 ft), a tribute to the year that Oklahoma was granted statehood. This would make it the tallest building in the U.S., even surpassing the One World Trade Center!
According to the company, the reason for the adjusted height is due to population growth and market expansion in Oklahoma City.

Radioactively contaminated water from Fukushima will now be discharged into the ocean over a period of 30 years! β’οΈ The Japanese cabinet assured that the dumped water will eventually be diluted by the ocean.
We produced a very detailed video with lots of 3D and map animations about the 2011 Fukushima disaster! This took us quite a while to edit... π
