Every track on this channel has been sourced from original 78rpm shellac recordings, without any attempt to treat, clean or edit. I apologise in advance for the lack of clarity and fidelity on certain tracks, therefore the use of headphones would be recommended for the more discerning listener.
While every effort is always made to be as accurate as possible when matching group photographs with the song, the fluid nature of band personnel during the years featured {and the lack of available pictures}, makes it almost impossible to be completely correct each time.
All videos are produced with the utmost respect for the Musicians and Photographers featured, and to the rightful owners of all the material used.
Most importantly, I hope to have given the Golden Era of Western Swing, from approx.1932 to 1942 {and a few early Hawaiian favorites}, a respectful, deserving and complementary service.
