Anthony "Tone" Thomas, also known as Tone860 is a rap lyricist that hails from West Hartford, Connecticut, which shares the same area code featured in his moniker. His music carries a mid 90s vibe with a flow of the future that he rattles off in rapid fire succession. He has been compared to lyricists the likes of Mos Def and J Cole, with a heavy influence from the golden era of Bad Boy, with the Notorious B.I.G and Puff Daddy. With topics ranging from sex and relationships, societal dynamics, and the abstract, he has a little something for everyone.
